1980 is a classic year for Ports, whether bottled-aged or cask-aged. No exception for the Barros Colheita, at almost 40 years of age, it delivers great power and concentration with notes of dry fruits, spices and brown sugar. A tad austere at first, it opens up beautifully in the glass showing liveness and great character.
