The Clarendon distillery lies in the south of the island Jamaica at St. Catherine’s Town. The rum has been made from local molasses since the 18th century.
Ample smells of flowers emanate from this rum in a creamy and smooth way.
In the mouth, wide range of delicious flavours, in osmosis with the suave nose: white flowers and white-fleshed fruits such as pear or peach, and some rock candies bringing a tutti-frutti taste.
Finish: a rum with powerful esters, aromas that are desired until the end of the mouth.
